How it Works

  1. Same Day Assessment. You and I will evaluate which projects will help you achieve your target list price. 
  2. On-line Walkthrough. Using 3D imaging the scope of work will be determined with the Home Improvement Consultant (HIC.) A detailed, fixed-price proposal in your hands in just a couple of days.
  3. Repairs, refreshes, and renovations. You will be assigned a designated project manager. We will be able to communicate through an app by text, photo, and video updates to keep you in the loop.
  4. Pay at closing. No additional fees, interest, or other charges. Whether the home sells in six days or six months, the cost to you is the same.
