- Same Day Assessment. You and I will evaluate which projects will help you achieve your target list price.
- On-line Walkthrough. Using 3D imaging the scope of work will be determined with the Home Improvement Consultant (HIC.) A detailed, fixed-price proposal in your hands in just a couple of days.
- Repairs, refreshes, and renovations. You will be assigned a designated project manager. We will be able to communicate through an app by text, photo, and video updates to keep you in the loop.
- Pay at closing. No additional fees, interest, or other charges. Whether the home sells in six days or six months, the cost to you is the same.
